How to prepare: bring water to a boil. Put 1–2 teaspoons of tea per glass (about 200 ml) into a Turkish teapot (çaydanlık) or ordinary teapot. Steep over low heat for about 10–12 minutes. Dilute the strength with hot water to taste. Serve hot, with sugar, lemon or honey if desired.
